various web browsers or other software.
Internet Explorer 6
Internet Explorer 6 is now supported automatically by the new release of
Cookie Pal version 1.7. Click here for
information on upgrading to this version of Cookie Pal.
Netscape 6.x
Cookie Pal does not support this browser at the current time due to some
significant changes from previous versions of Netscape browsers. We are
currently researching Netscape 6, but we do not yet have any information as to
when this browser will be supported within Cookie Pal. New information will be
posted on our web site at as it becomes available.
MSN Explorer
Cookie Pal does not work properly with MSN at the current time. When MSN
starts up, it automatically changes the cookie settings in your system so that
all cookies are accepted (you may have seen a message to this effect when
logging in with the MSN browser). Cookie Pal requires that these same cookie
settings be set to "Prompt" in order to be able to catch cookies. We
are very surprised that Microsoft has taken this approach, but basically what
they are saying right now is that in order to use the MSN browser you have to
accept all cookies from all web sites. Any new information regarding support for
this browser will be posted on our web site as it becomes available.
Opera
Cookie Pal 1.6 and later provide full support for Opera version 4.0 and
later.
Juno
There is a known problem in the Juno software which can prevent Cookie Pal
from working correctly. Juno have not fixed this problem is several releases of
their software. Cookie Pal does work correctly with other free Internet Service
providers, such as NetZero.

Online 3.0, 4.0, 5.0 and 6.0 for Windows 95/98/ME
- CompuServe WinCIM 3.0.1, 4.0 and 2000
- Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express.
- Eudora E-mail
- Windows Media Player and RealPlayer
