| How to
re-download purchased software |
If you need to download the software that you have previously purchased again
(due to a crashed computer system or upgrading to a new computer), just follow
these instructions:
- Download the trial version of your product from the download
pages on our web site.
- Run the file that you download to install your product onto your computer.
- During the installation process you will be asked to enter your
registration name and number. Just type in the registration name and number
that you were given when you purchased the
software to turn the trial version that you downloaded into the full
registered version of the software.
If you have lost the registration number
that you were given when you purchased the software, please click
here and fill out the form to get another copy sent to you.
